What we collect and why

The intake form collects your name, email address, what you are trying to do, what you have tried if you choose to tell us, and the time you submitted it.

We use that information only to review and respond to your inquiry about working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored privately for Elliot to review. Vercel provides the website hosting and storage on our behalf. The form function and private storage are configured in Paris.

We do not sell your information, use it for marketing, profile you, or make automated decisions about you. Your words are not treated as instructions to an automated system.

How long we keep it

We delete intake submissions within 12 months of receipt. If we begin working together, information that becomes part of that relationship may be kept longer where the relationship or law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your information, and object where the law gives you that right. Use the intake form and write “Privacy request” at the start of your message, or write to the registered office above.

You can also complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Data Protection Authority).
